Vinay Kalotra
Founder, VinHire Talent Solutions
From production lines to programme leadership.
Vinay trained as an industrial engineer and began his career in production. He spent more than a decade at Tata Motors running production lines, leading cost-reduction work and helping take a new vehicle model from design to launch.
He then moved into SAP supply chain consulting and technology delivery, with roles at Suzlon Energy, KPIT Cummins, Mahindra Satyam and Cognizant. There he led SAP upgrades, multi-site rollouts and legacy migrations, managed delivery for large enterprise accounts across Europe, the US and India, and coached teams in Agile and Scrum.
VinHire grows out of that experience. Knowing what a production planner, an SAP consultant or a delivery manager actually does all day makes it easier to see who will succeed in a role, and which role will suit a person.
